PHAR 6322 - Integrated Pharmacotherapy: Special Populations

This Professional Year 3 course prepares students to serve as responsible, professional, efficient and effective care providers to critically ill, pediatric, geriatric and women’s health patients. Integrated pharmacotherapy: special populations is one in a series of 10 integrated pharmacotherapy courses that is designed for student pharmacists to develop a broad understanding of pathophysiology, pharmacology, medicinal chemistry, clinical pharmacokinetics and pharmacotherapy in common areas for these populations and learn how to identify, utilize and interpret appropriate resources in the care of these populations.

Prerequisite(s): PHAR 6191 , PHAR 6261 , PHAR 6281  with a C- or better.
Corequisite(s): PHPR 6152 .
