The following concepts and statistical techniques are included: organization, presentation and description of quantitative data (graphical methods and numerical methods); probability and distributions; statistical inferences (interval estimation and hypothesis testing); and correlation and regression.
General Education Mathematical sciences general education. Prerequisite(s): Any MATH course with a grade of C- or better or a satisfactory score on the UHSP Math Placement Test. Restriction(s): No credit awarded if credit already received for MATH 1120 .
